The Tag Report is a great way to get information on the number of tags placed in requests over a specified period of time. To use it, go to the “Reports” menu and select “Report by tags":

Next, the system will prompt you to select the period for which you are interested in the report and the date by such attributes:

• creation - means that the report will include only those requests that were created for the specified period of time;
• update - the report will contain only those requests that have been modified for the specified period of time;
• closing - the report will contain only those requests that were closed for the specified period of time, regardless of when they were created.

And by clicking on the “Request” button you can generate a report for the last month or the current month/week in one click:

Filtering by request source and departments is available below. If the fields are left empty, the report will contain all requests that fall under the period conditions. The “Detailing” button allows to generate a separate report as an .xml or .csv file. There are two columns in them:

1. tag name;
2. id of the request where this tag is placed.

To download a file with details, click on the corresponding button in the table of the last requested reports.

There is also a possibility to manage columns: remove or add necessary columns to your table (for example, such parameters as: number of re-opened requests, percentage of closed requests from the first time, average response/completion time, etc.):

A search is available in the upper right corner of the table, which will display only the desired label.
