General information

Payment for the service is made by bank transfer in euros. The cost of DaoDesk is only 15 euros per month for each agent when paying for a year in advance or 20 euros when paying monthly.

At payment only the number of agents (employees) on the day of invoicing in the system is taken into account (i.e. users who can process requests), the number of channels, contacts and requests is not limited. Payment is made in advance, the minimum payment period is one month. The first 14 days of using the service are free of charge.

Discounts. We provide a discount when paying for the service for a year. Thus you pay only 15 euros per month for each employee when paying for a year, instead of 25 euros when paying monthly.

Payment options

There is an option to request an invoice for non-cash payment of the system. The minimum possible amount of payment by invoice starts from 100 euros (the whole amount will be credited to your balance). To use this option, go to your personal cabinet for payment and select the option “Invoice payment”.  After a successful transaction a receipt will be sent to your e-mail.

How to pay, view payment history and balance 

You can pay for the service in your personal cabinet on the portal https://support.daodesk.ai/ - you need to authorize under the user who registered the system and is currently the main administrator. It is also possible to quickly go to your personal cabinet directly from your system, to do this you need to open the personal profile settings and select “Payment”:

Or go to the menu “Management” -> “Payment”, where you can see the current number of employees in the system and the corresponding cost per month and per year. It will also display the current main administrator (payer) of the system, the next billing date, and a link to the public offer will be available:

The current balance will be displayed in the personal cabinet (by clicking on the "Add credit” button or after switching from the personal settings) and can be refilled by clicking on the corresponding button. There will be two methods to choose from: payment by card and payment by account - in the second case it is necessary that the replenishment amount is from 100 euros.
