Knowledge base settings

The “Knowledge Base settings” menu contains the general settings for the Knowledge Base:

 

 

  • Hide “New Articles”, “Popular Articles” and “Important Articles” blocks on the main page (for unauthorized users).
  • Hide “New Articles”, “Popular Articles” and “Important Articles” blocks on the knowledge base page.
  • Show views inside the article. Display the number of views inside the article, the number of views will be seen by all users. Also, articles are sorted by the number of views in the category list - the more views, the higher the article in the list.
  • Show author/editor on article. Display the author/editor of the article, as well as countdown from the last edit (hours, days). To sort articles for one day, time is added to the creation date:

 

  • Display the article number in the article title. Display the article number in the article title, which can also be searched. For example: #10;
  • Search for tags in an article. Each article is searched for tags, which become links for further navigation.
  • Hide Icons. Hides icons near all articles.
  • Number of visible articles and categories in the list. The parameter defines the number of articles and categories visible by default in the general list.
  • Icon color. Select the default color of the icons of articles and categories.
