Creating a Facebook page
 

In order to connect a Facebook channel, you must first create a Facebook page to be connected. To do this, log in under your Facebook account, go to the “Pages” section and click on the “Create Page” button:

Enter all the necessary information. After creating a page, you can set a cover, avatar, and a short name for your page that can be searched on Facebook.

Now you need to connect your Facebook page in the DaoDesk system.

Go from the Management module to the section "Channel settings”, click on the button “Add channel”, then select the channel and the Department, which will receive requests from the connected channel. Next, you need to authorize in Facebook under the administrator profile of the necessary page from the system using the “Login via Facebook” button:

After authorization, you need to select the page you want to use to connect to the system and issue accesses for the system when working with the page:

When you successfully connect, you will see the name and unique number (ID) of the page. You can also view and edit your connection settings if necessary in the Business Integrations section for your Facebook account:

When reconnecting or connecting another page to the system from the same account, you will need to click “Change settings” after authorization and select another page to connect to the system.

After successful connection any user (client) using Facebook account can write a personal message, post or comment to your page, and you will see any of the messages as a request in your system.
