General report

The General Report provides data in the form of graphs and charts for a selected period of time. The tool is great for general evaluation of support service activity and load analysis.

The main indicators of the report are:

  • number of new requests;
  • number of completed tasks;
  • average time to first response;
  • average time to close;
  • satisfaction rate.

 

Once created, all reports can be viewed and downloaded.
