DaoDesk supports multi-language. By default, only English is supported in the system.
To connect an existing language or add a custom one, you need to go to the “Language” section from the Administration. To connect it, it is enough to tick the checkbox against the required language:
To add a custom language you should click on “Add language”. Then write down the abbreviation of the language and upload a file with translation, which can be created by downloading the translation of any already existing language in the system (“Export language file”) and translate all elements:
Similarly, you can change any inscriptions in the system (by downloading the file, changing the desired inscription and import the file back). All information provided to users and the interface of the system depends on the selected language in the contact card.
