Widgets

Widgets allow you to quickly and easily contact the support team. Place widgets on your website, and your customers will be able to switch to a convenient way of communication with the support team (chat, Telegram, Viber, etc.) in a couple of clicks.

The following widgets are available for connection:

  • chat. To do this, go to the “Omni” menu - “Widget and chat settings”, copy the code and paste it in the “body” block on your site:
     

 

The contact widget includes the ability to place a quick jump for customers to contact you through a channel convenient for them. They are located in the “Widgets” menu:

 

The following channel buttons are available for posting:

  • VK;
  • Facebook;
  • Viber;
  • Whatsapp;
  • Telegram;
  • Skype;
  • Instagram;
  • built-in chat widget.

You can customize:

  • location and direction of the widget on the page;
  • icon size;
  • icon and button color;
  • add buttons.

When adding buttons, a tooltip with an example of a link to be entered is displayed; it is the link you enter that will be clicked on when you click on the button.

 

Q: Can I edit the contacts widget?

A: Editing is available using data attributes. To do this, you need to add fields to the widget code in the script tag:

data-host - domain

data-id - visitor session id

data-assets - host

data-lang - widget language (en, ru)

data-user-name - user name

data-user-email - user mail

data-chat-width - widget width
data-chat-height - widget height
