Contact fields and statuses

The system allows you to create additional fields for user and company cards, as well as to add and edit employee statuses. 

The fields are configured in the “Contact Fields” menu:

 

Having opened the “Contact Fields” section we can “Add a group of contact fields”. To do this, go to the section from the Administration and click on the button of the same name:

 

After that it is necessary to set the name and select in the “Bind field group” setting to the cards of the organization or users will be created fields in the group. When selecting users, specify for which user group you are creating the field group (i.e. only users from the specified group will have the created fields in their contact cards).

Once the field group has been created, click on the “Add Field” button to create the field itself. When creating a field you need to specify:

 

User statuses. In the “Contact fields” section, in addition to fields, you can customize user statuses. You can do it in the “User statuses” tab.

Statuses are used in the system for reporting, automatic distribution of requests between employees and for other automation settings. By default, three statuses are created: Online, Pending and Offline. You can add a new status, edit the name of existing statuses and change their color:

 

It is also possible to set the time from the moment of which, if an employee was inactive, his/her status will change, for example, to “Offline” or “Waiting”. Inactivity means the time of inactivity of an employee in the system (absence of any actions that are recorded in the audit, and in general work with requests) during the specified X minutes:

 

Users can manage their status by opening a personalized settings menu, for example by clicking on their avatar:

 

Other options for changing the user's status are available to the administrator or another user who has access:
