DaoDesk records all changes occurring with the request. To view the actions you should click on the “Audit” button on the working panel of the request:
The audit displays:
- creating and modifying fields in a request;
- adding, editing, and viewing a reply or internal note;
- execution of automation tools;
- the date and time when actions were performed.
With the help of this functionality, you can track the moment when the necessary event occurred and resolve all possible disputes with the client or between operators.
It is also possible to generate a report on employee actions for a certain period and evaluate their productivity using the Audit Report.
Work with requests
