DaoDesk has functionality that allows you to rate other users' replies or internal notes (comments) within an request.

An employee who has access to post and comment evaluation can not only leave his/her own evaluation (positive or negative), but also view the authors of other evaluations.

Access of users to post and comment evaluation is set in Management - Group access rights - Requests:

The “Display Rating Authors” setting is responsible for displaying the names of users who have rated this reply or comment (when hovering over a rating):

• “Posts and internal notes evaluation” is responsible for displaying and allowing you to rate (like, dislike) posts and comments.
