In situations when it is necessary to control the work of employees (to coordinate terms, to control the progress of tasks, etc.), to each client company (organization) in the system it is possible to assign a manager to whom all requests of the company will be available. As a rule, it is the manager of the organization who wants to view all the requests of his subordinates.

In this case the manager can remain a user with the “end-user” type and there is no need to pay for them.

In order to assign a “manager”, open the company card and select the required user (several users can be selected):
