In DaoDesk there is an opportunity to track a specific request and be aware of all events related to it. Selected requests are displayed in a separate filter “Under Control”, and sent responses in the request will be duplicated to your e-mail.
To put an request under personal control, you should press the “Follow” button on the working panel of the request:
